Gustavo T. Astudillo is the only filmmaker and photographer based in Los Angeles.

In 2024, Gustavo released Positive Reinforcement, his first narrative film, which screened at Palm Springs International Shortfest, LA Shorts International Film Festival, Hollyshorts Film Festival and was selected for a Vimeo Staff Pick.

The film stars Thomas Mann as a self-deprecating artist, an experience Gustavo insists he knows nothing about.
